•We believe that EVERY child is entitled to have their voice heard.

•Our approach to pupil leadership involves many pupils/teams  

•All children applied for specific teams depending on their interests  

•Children develop their leadership skills and confidence by acting as ambassadors and mentors for their peers and staff alike  

•We believe that this opportunity will help them to develop a growth mindset and develop their own personal skills. 

Our school council will help us make decisions throughout the year about items that are relevant to everyone. They will take pupil views on before the meeting.
