We had a range of costumes in Primary 5 for World Book Day this year, from Red Riding Hood to Mr Stink, the children presented a very colourful sight as they gathered for assembly. In class, we engaged with a variety of World Book Day activities, ending the day with a World Book Day quiz based on book characters, authors, illustrators and book titles using Kahoot.
Well done to all the mums, dads and anyone else who helped to create the amazing costumes and ideas to bring the book characters to life! A tremendous effort was made by all.
