We have been rehearsing for weeks, singing songs for our Nativity “Bethlehem’s Buzzin” but took a tiny step back to that moment when the angel appeared to an ordinary woman named Mary and a hard-working carpenter called Joseph. Some versions of this story say it happened in a garden, while others declare that the angel Gabriel came to Mary as she baked bread at home. Nevertheless the message remains the same and the children in P2 were asked to imagine how they would feel if they were Mary and Joseph at this time. They chose their favourite image of these characters, before recording their feelings and adding borders using the ChatterPix app.
