September Adventures!

Our first few weeks in nursery have went by in a flash.  The children are now well settled and beginning to follow all their new routines.  The first few weeks in nursery can be very exhausting for the children and I am sure you have noticed they are much more tired and a little more emotional over the past few days. 

So far we have been concentrating on learning the new routines, building relationships with staff and with our peers.  The children are enjoying the planned activities both indoors and outdoors and daily rhyme time.  Staying for the longer day has allowed the children to consolidate the lunch time routines and we have been enjoying group story and discussion time and some physical play outside.
