Rainy days don't always have to be depressing. In Nursery today we had such a relaxed morning. Our outside play was interrupted by heavy rain so we grabbed this opportunity with both hands and took our physical movement indoors. We pushed back the furniture, took off our jumpers and shoes and found our own little stretch space to do some yoga.
Our Yoga was all about Ruby Broom, a Halloween story. We did dog pose with a wagging tail, the broomstick pose, snake pose, frog pose and even spider pose. We all have a great time and tried our very best because some of the poses were tricky. By the time we were finished we were definately ready for our lunch.
We will all be sore tomorrow!
