Nursery topic in February was People Who Help Us. The children enjoyed learning about the emergency services and how important their jobs are to keep us safe in our world. The children played with the police, hospital and fire service in the small world areas. As fire fighters they made sure the 3 pigs were safe by putting out fires, as the police service, they made sure the three bears were safe from burglars like Goldilocks and they took the troll to the hospital after the billy goats pushed him off the bridge. The children enjoyed dressing up to take on the roles. In the role play area the children got to play vets and doctors and all the animals and children in Annaclone have been well cared for.
