PDMU in P4
‘All part of one family but all different’ was the theme within PDMU in P4.
We discussed how we are all part of one family, both God’s family and our own family at home. We share the same surname as lots of people in our family but yet each one of us is different in some way. We are all unique. We discussed the similarities and differences we might have with our family members and we used apples to demonstrate our theme. π π
We talked about apples being part of the wider fruit family. They look the same and grow in the same place but yet each one is different and unique in some way. The pupils in P4 had to choose an apple each. They had to take it to their seat and examine the apple to see what distinctive characteristics it might have and think about how they would identify their apple from the pack. They put them all back together and I mixed them up. They had to then find their own apple again and explain to us what unique aspect their apple had.
Everyone found their own apple ~ well done boys and girls and great discussion!
