Paws B Mindfulness in Primary 5 and 6

Thank you to Patrick from PAWS B who has delivered a fantastic mindfulness 🧘‍♂️ programme to Primary 5 and Primary 6 pupils. We really have enjoyed every minute and have learned lots of mindfulness techniques, thinking and coping strategies.
