Fond Farewell to our Primary Seven Children

30th Jun 2024

We said a fond farewell to our amazing Primary 7 children last week. They have been excellent role models and have been a pleasure to teach throughout their time here. They will be missed by all the staff and pupils. The P7's had a very busy last few days.... a very special dinner - Steak and Chips followed by brownies and ice cream!! (thanks to Roisin, Libby and Zara)....P7 Assembly.....and finishing with a three day fun filled residential (thanks to Mr White, Miss Brannigan and Mrs McLaren)

Our Leavers' Mass was followed by a wonderful school around the corner assembly, sharing memories and finishing with an Awards Ceremony. A day full of reflection, emotion and pride as we celebrated their eight years in St Colman's and All Saints'. Every child received an award for their contribution to school life. We are so proud of them all. We would like to wish them all the best for the future; we will miss them, but know they will have many new exciting adventures ahead in their new schools.

Thanks to all of their families who have supported us during the past eight years. While a number of them will continue as part of our school community, we especially thank those whose youngest children have left. Even though we will no longer see them at the gate....they will always be part of our school family.

Have a great summer boys and girls, stay safe and good luck from everyone in St Colman's & All Saints.'
