8th Nov 2019
Primary 5 and 6 loved their visit to the Ulster Museum. They enjoyed finding out about the Egyptian Mummy 'Takabuti,' who was brought from Egypt in 1834 by Mr Thomas Greg of Ballymenoch, Holywood, Co. Down. She was donated to the museum and her body was unwrapped in 1835.The children collected information about how the Egyptians lived and then explored the other exhibitions.
