Healthy Me visits Primary 5

Primary 5 enjoyed a workshop from Healthy Me by AMH, Katie visited Primary 5 to deliver a workshop. Pupils enjoyed learning about being healthy, working as part of a team and how to deal with their worries, though deep breathing and talking to a trusted adult.
