Wednesday mornings are one of the highlights of our week in St.Colman's !! Primary 1 -7 join together outdoors for a Health Hustle. Through participation the children improve their coordination skills and cardiovascular endurance while taking part in fun, energetic exercises and dance movements.
We love the music, exercise and dance moves.....what a way to start the day!!
