Finding our rhythm with Charanga Music in P4
Our P4 pupils (and adults) had great fun this week using our Charanga music scheme. We began by listening to Bob Marley’s Three Little Birds. We then had to move our body in the same way as the animals on screen to the pulse of the song.
We tried to follow and stay with the different beats that individuals created and we explored using our musical instruments to play along with Bob Marley’s song. We had 3 great backing singers and movers from within our room who can be seen in the short video clip having a great time! Well done Mrs Kerr, Mrs Carvill & Miss O’Reilly.
I was very impressed with everyone and we look forward to next week when we will be continuing to work in small groups to create our own beats and choose songs to play along with. 🎶
