Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week
All Saints NU have worked so hard this week expressing themselves and talking about feelings and emotions. On Monday the children picked their favourite song and had a good dance around the house, some even decided to make their own music. On Tuesday they were asked to ‘Dress to express’ and what a job they did- some fantastic outfits were on show! Well being Wednesday was a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of life- with lots of baking, colouring and painting, snuggles with teddy’s and blankets to watch TV. Then on Thursday we spent the day making faces for a range of emotions and talking about how we feel and what we do should do when we feel a certain way. I can’t believe it’s back to Friday tidy already- what a week. Have a great weekend everyone.
