Primary 4 to 7 celebrated World Book Day on Thursday 2nd March. Pupils had a fun filled day with lots of activities. Pupils paraded through the assembly hall, showcasing their wonderful outfits. We then paired up with younger pupils, reading some of our favourite books and stories to them. To end the day we took part in a book swap in the assembly hall. Pupils from P4 to P7 were encouraged to bring in at least one book 📚 which they could swap for a book token to spend in the book swap shop.
In class pupils took part in reading challenges, literacy games and many other fun filled book themed workshops.
We definitely enjoyed our day.
