This week they boys and girls stayed a little bit later and we were able to go for a walk around the school grounds to explore. While we were out we managed to collect leaves, twigs, feathers, seeds and even blackberries. This lead to lots of chats about blackberries. We talked about some of our favourite stories “Rufus and the blackberry monster” and “Fabulous Pie”. We tasted them off the bush as we picked them and there was a wonderful suggestion to make blackberry smoothie and that’s what we did, have a look at our pictures!!!
