Primary 2 have been learning about birds in their topic work. We recently took part in the Big Bird Watch with RSPB. We couldn’t have got a nicer afternoon to bird watch. We made some bird food hangers and have hung them around school and replenished our bird feeders with bird seed.
In literacy we explored fiction and non-fiction books and learnt about different types of birds. We enjoyed creating our ostrich art for our display in our classroom.
