Arrangements for Book Collection - Tuesday 30th June
Please check bags, folders…..under the bed, for any textbooks, school/class or library books, reading books, reading diaries, Mental Maths books which your child may have at home. Please return these books on Tuesday to the labelled boxes. Please also bring the lockdown reports for our memory book and the pebbles.
Arrangements for collection of children’s belongings on Tuesday 30th June.
Please call to school at the times specified below:
Families with the surnames beginning with the letters -
A – C 9:15 – 9:30
D- G 9:35 – 9:50
H – K 9:55 – 10:10
M – McAr 10:15 – 10:30
McAv – McEv 10:30 – 10:45
McG – McR 10:50 – 11:05
Mo – Q 11:10 – 11:25
R – W 11:30 – 11:45
P3, P4 and P6 may pick up their belongings from the assembly hall, parents should enter via the front door and exit through the back hall door and down the nursery path.
P5 and P2 can pick up their belongings from their own classrooms, parents enter via the front door, wait outside the classroom until it is their turn and exit via the main corridor side exit and down the Nursery path.
This will ensure a one-way system and contact with other parents will be reduced. You may bring your child with you into school but please strictly adhere to social distancing while waiting to collect belongings and speaking to staff. A lost property table will be located on the main corridor. Please use the hand sanitiser provided.
